Q: How do I know what condition an item is in?
A: Each listing includes details about the condition of the item as well as the condition of the packaging.
Q: Where do your products come from?
A: Our discount goods are sourced from major retailers through liquidations. We purchase end-of-season items, shelf pulls, mis-shipments, and products with damaged packaging at discounted prices—and pass those savings on to you. That’s how we’re able to offer great items at lower prices.
Q: Can I return something I don't Like?
A: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us and we will make it right.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We do our best to ship your order within 1–2 business days. We use the most economical shipping service available and will email you tracking information once your order ships. Once the package leaves our hands and is with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), delivery is handled by them. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Q: What type of packing materials do you use?
A: Whenever possible, we reuse packing materials. Don’t be surprised if your order arrives in a reused box—we believe in reducing waste and recycling whenever we can.
Q: Why can't Kate's food items ship outside Florida?
A: To comply with Florida Cottage Food Laws, homemade food items cannot be shipped outside the state of Florida.
Q: Are you a real business? How long have you been around?
A: Yes! We’ve been in the liquidation business for over 15 years. We started in our garage, grew into a large brick-and-mortar storefront in Middlebury, Indiana, and have since relocated. Today we operate primarily online from Venice, Florida.
Q: Where to you ship?
A: We currently ship anywhere within the continental United States.
Q: Is your site secure?
